THEY ARE BLACK BALL POINT 1MM PENS THAT ARE ALL TESTED PRIOR TO SHIPPING. 

Each pen comes with one extra refill at no charge.

TO REPLACE INK REFILL:

Simply twist off top silver tip. Remove the metal spring, replace with new ink refill and then replace the silver tip.
