CLOTHING RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with no wear, no damage, no washing and with tags still attached. Buyer pays a flat $5 for return shipping. Returns will not be accepted past 30 days. Returns will be processed as an in-store credit or exchanges. No refunds will be given.
We offer a self-serve return service.
To start a return, please log in to your account with the email that you used at checkout. Your account is located at the top of the website page next to the shopping bag otherwise you can follow this link:
From there, you can select the order and what items you are wanting to return/exchange along with your reasoning for the return/exchange. A return label will be sent to your e-mail and a credit of $5 will be deducted from the return amount for flat rate shipping. Please package up the item, apply the return shipping label and bring it to your local USPS.
Shop Credit will be added to your account after the return has been delivered to MURPHY + CO and deemed in acceptable return condition.
TO APPLY YOUR SHOP CREDIT ON A PURCHASE:
Add your items to your cart and begin the checkout. At payment, select "APPLY SHOP CREDIT". If you don't see this as an option, select "ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS" under the express checkout options. This will bring you to another screen that should show you your shop credit.

No returns or refunds. Every item is hand made to order and sold as is.
All items are made by hand from:
• 100% food grade silicone beads that are free from BPA, PVC, lead, phthalates, latex and cadmium
• with either NON-elastic microparacord or 95 paracord for pacifier clips.

- Do not attach anything heavy to the keychain as unnecessary weight may make it snap. Do not pull on it- it does NOT stretch.
- If the wristlet were to break, MURPHY + CO will only send a new item if a picture is sent within the first 14 days of use via email with your order number.
- Printed/patterned beads are subject to rub after extended use or long term wear as they are a “wrap” on a solid color silicone bead versus just a solid colored bead. Be cautious as chemicals in perfumes, lotions, sunscreens and hand sanitizers can rub the print off.

This item is not a toy. Please do not leave children under the age of 3 unattended or unsupervised with this product. This item is deemed to be safe by the CPSC and third party lab safety testing. However, in no case whatsoever does that assumption bind or obligate the seller MURPHY + CO, or any associated manufacturer, to any responsibility for the item or its use. The buyer is hereby notified that purchase of this item constitutes a contract whereby the buyer assumes any and all responsibility and liability for this item and or the use thereof.
ORDERS WITH PREORDERED ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR CANCELLED. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ITEMS, MOST ARE CUSTOM PICKED ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RESOLD.
